A. CybernoOb League
The
Cyber Noob League, or CNL, was created 2 years ago, on an other esport game; America's Army. With three editions, where fighted best european and french teams, this competition worked always with lot of fun and fair-play.
CNL gives any teams the experience of playing a structured league, for any level, for showing who's the best or simply for playing with cool opponents, with lot of fun and fair-play.
So, we made the choice to adapt our old league on MW2, following great examples which were CAL or TWL at their time...
Teams will be shared by 8 into different categories, and different divisions, following their level :
MAIN LEAGUE : M-League is for the basic CNL league, with some level difference but the same envy to play, to compete. Best teams of each divisions win their ticket for trying to get to the H4CK LEAGUE at the end of the season.
PRO LEAGUE : P-League is for the best MW2 teams, following their skill, longevity, experience, etc.
During a season, each team will compete during 7 weeks, with match in 2 maps in MR 12.
Each week, one map will be fixed by calendar and the other will be choose by both teams, by veto/elimination.
B. During the season
Calendar and schedules will be generated at the start of the season. Before it, your team will maybe have to play one or two pre-season matches, to determine in which league you can go.

During a season, each team will compete during 7 weeks, with match in 2 maps in MR 12. A victory own 3 points, a draw 1 point and a defeat 0 point.
If two teams are tied at the end of the season, they will be decided in terms of numbre of maps won, then number of rounds won...
At the end of a season, the
lowest teams of highest categories are demoted in the lower category, the best teams win their tickets for trying to bump into the best league.
C. Conduct of matches
The playday in CNL is on
Sunday by default. But, you can arrange with your opponent to play at an another date, but not after : Monday at dawn, the result'll must be record on the match com.
A match begins at
21h00 CET, but you can always arrange with your opponent...
48 rounds will be played per match: 24 rounds on each map, so 12 rounds in each side.
Moreover, all rounds must be played, if a team quit before the end, non-played rounds will be credited to opponent team.
Like we announced you, one map by match is random. This second map is chosen by "veto", or elimination, between 5 maps. Home team have the privilege to choose first the veto, the first map played, their begining side and if they host the first or the second map.
Example: Team A VS team B, veto. Team A eliminate Terminal, Team B eliminate Karachi, Team A elimite Favela, Team B eliminate Skidrow, so second map will be Invasion.
Team A choose by which map they want to start and their begining side.
No cutround. On the second map, we reverse sides... if Team A has begun in Assault on the first map,
they'll defend first on the second map.
D. Match: Settings, Maplist & Weapons

* For calendar, 2 maps will be added cauz' there will be 7 weeks of competition : Highrise - Afghan
Remeber you
can't choose these ones during veto.

* 4 screens of the results,
one each side, must be taken for each match. You'll have 24h to upload these screen and to give link in match com (for exemple, you can upload on
imageshack.us)
E. Anti-Cheat et Sanctions
UAC2 Anti-Cheat is required for all players. You need to have the last version of the software, and to active it before each match.
Each player is in charge of the good working of his software and of the entry of the right ID match.
The screens must be uploaded by 48 hours.

Each player caught cheating will ofc be ban, and all the matches he played on CNL will be forfeit for his team.
F. Website's manual
Team management, matches organization... team capitains can control everything on the
Manage control pannel on the website.
If you're connect, you'll access to the capitain settings.
If you're an average player, you can join a team or create yours, but also enter your IDs (UAC, Steam) and change your profile (email, nickname...)
If you're a capitain, you'll see theses other options :
Manage team will give you access to change team name, tag, country... and also to delete a player from your line-up or promote a player to capitain.
Match com will give you access for match com for your next wars , where you can communicate informations with your opponent (choice of the second map, date, hour...) and where you'll report the result of the match and link the 4 screens.
G. General points
* Players must be correctly registered on the website, with their
UAC and
SteamID. It's your role to check if all of your opponents are correctly registered before the match. For any suspicions, it's recommended to leaders to check UACs and steam IDs :

* Matchs Com is your best friend : any modification has to be reported on matchs com (arrangement, hour...).
* Be punctual : if after 20 minutes, your opponent isn't on steam, victory is your's (except if you are cool and you wait more minutes or somtething ...).
* Server's configuration is the same on ESL ladder EU and FR.
* One sniper by team, if he's down, you can grab it.
* You can change 3 players during a season, so enter all your roster before the begining
* If there is a deconnection of a player, you must stop the server if there is no spam, shoot or dead player.
* You can shoot and kill the pilot on CSAR, if you want to loose the round... AA's memory... xD
* If a player crashs during a round, you must stop the party at the end of this round and wait his return.
* Player's change is allowed, but not during a live round.
* Before the match, it's to players and leaders to check the rules's respect by their opponents: UAC, Registered players, server configuration etc...
* The smurf is ban ! One player must have on his profiles his personnal UAC and steamID
* To play a match, a player must join his team one week before the match at least. Otherwise, "New Player" will be writed just after his SteamID. In this casse, he can't play a match with this restriction. However, teams can arrange between them to allow him to play.
* Four screenshots must be taken, one screen per side with the score details, thx per advance.
* Aimbots & Wallhacks are prohibited, OF COURSE :P
* Please, don't forget to enter your result quickly (map per map) on matchs com.
